We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance merino gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
