How should I care for my merino garments?
To prolong the life of your gear, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with wool-specific detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying; instead, lay flat to dry in the shade.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our apparel. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper care.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
